Well - we have never actually met in person. But I met you virtually in a swap as Annie Snuffleupagus. I'll tell you a secret now - I figured out who you were before I received my package! You sent me a wonderful felted bag that I love, but what I remember most is that you sent me a piece of one of your precious Alpacas - Buck some yarn spun from his hair.
And a Canadian bear with a handknit sweater and booties that sits next to my computer along with a notepad with a sheep on the cover - yup - it's right here in front of me. In a basket next to my computer is the handmade spindle and fleece that I am going to get around to trying to spin some day. So, you see Vicki, I have lots of very fond memories of you right in front of me every day and I consider you a very dear friend!
I've been meaning to comment, but haven't been able to come up with something good, besides what you blogged at my site. How about I remember reading about your adorable alpaca babies? ;) Or your Kauni sweaters?
