Let's pretend for a minute we all live in the home of our dreams, have land, and don't have to work so time is unlimited! It's Spring planting season! What would you grow? A little veggie garden? A bed of bright spring blooms? Or is your thumb so far from green that the only thing you'd be planting is your tushy into a nice chair on the porch to get some knitting or crocheting done in the nice breeze?
I try and grow a bit of everything.. a little veges, some flowers... But I'm the type of gardner that just throws the seeds in and if they grow then great... if not I'm pretty sure that have the stuff in the store..lol...my garden LOVES to grow weeds for me tho... so a couple yrs ago we turned the garden into the fish pond and just have a 5x 6 spot for plants... sometimes even thats too much!!
it's hard to have a green thumb when it's wrapped in yarn!!

SO True!! I hadn't thought of that - but it IS tough to garden with yarn there haha. I sort of like your idea of just tossing in seeds and seeing what makes it through :D
Definitely sitting on my tushy on the porch knitting or reading! Yes - very tough to have a green thumb when it's wrapped in yarn.
