Nope not that kinda baby... alpaca babies!!
both our girls are due the endish on next month, I have counters for both of them at the very bottom of this page.
I was looking around the net for baby cria sweaters... I found a couple cute ones but no patterns... Gayle at the fuzzy farm helped me out and sent me some instructions for what she uses for her baby mini llamas ( you just have to check them out they're adorable!!!
the body of the sweater is crocheted and the ribbing is knit.
this one still needles a zipper and maybe a crocheted flower or 2 just for the cute factor
;)
the top is the neck with opening for the front legs and the other 2 flaps on the bottom will be on the lower back
here's the same pattern on a baby at Gayles Farm

it's the top left hand cutey pie.
I have put a stop to the flower kauni (ravelry link)... I'm just not feeling it.
it's not frogged but I don't want to look at it any more either...
so I went ahead and ordered the yarn for Anne-evilla... in the colors that I posted about below... it should be here sometime this week as Shelley from Funknits is awsome and knows when you order yarn... you want it now...lol!!
thats all for now....

Very cute! I actually like that orange shade, which isn't terribly common for me - they're looking great though : )
LOL@ your coffee tales by the way, and drinking it even when you hated it ;)
Oh the baby mini Llamas are just too cute! Pondering upon how to ask DH for 6 grand for critters........ cause you know you can't get just one! LOL
Will be watching for updates on the babes to come.
How cute! Can't wait to see pictures of the new babies!
