I never did show you.....

I finished Stevens baptism blanket

it's about 27 inches down the side, as I was afraid I was going to run out of yarn... I probally could of did another inch or so, but when I was done I have a little ball of yarn left... not enough for the lace edge... I wanted to do it in the same color

So I went to the stash room to see what I could find....

I found some 2 tone purple boucle that was a perfect match.

I did 1 row of double crochet around.

and it's perfect... I will make this blanket again, with the lace, but I have to figure out a way to knit it on directly... I don't want to sew on 4 edges of lace!!
