Well I thought I'd like to take the plunge to making my own yarn... why not??
I just bought some roving.... just natural so I can dye it myself too!!
I'm going to buy the "things" to make my own drop spindle this weekend.
I'm planning on making it pretty, so that will help pass the time while the roving is being shipped, dyed and dried.
this looks like a good "how to" I'm sure there are hundreds of them out there... just have to find what works good for me... and if there's any of you out there who know about spinning with a drop spindle... please give me a shout!!
