I started running again after a 3 week break,
I was so sick... not a head cold of anything, but I had such a bad cough.
I'd get up in the morning and cough like I'd been smoking 2 packs a day since I was 2!!
Then cough all day long and it was esp. bad at work where it was so dry.
But I'm better now!
Last week I did attempt to ride my bike to the highway and back, aprox 2.25 miles each way.
going there was great, it's downhill all the way... but coming back, was another story.
I started out good, but about 1/2 way I started coughing... and then couldn't stop until I was home and had some hot tea.
I went again yesterday, the wind against me downhill, so I actually had to pedal going and coming home was easy(er). It taked me 28 mins on the bike. My goal was to ride my bike to town this summer, which I think it be no problem. I may even be able to ride it home again too...lol
Today I did 7.5 kms on the eliptic trainer... no cough, no pain!!
so Yeah me!
