it's not stretchy and won't go up my leg any further!!

thats where the "aaarrrggggg" comes in

I'm in the process to putting in a life line so I can frog it to that point,

then I don't know what to do?

go to larger needles? I'm using 2.25mm right now,

or just skip the chevron all the way around, and rib the back??

adding ribbing at the cuff too?

will that look weird?

I'm lost at the moment...

any ideas from the sock knitters out there??
