just wanted to show off my lasest spinning fun... this is 50/50 mohair wool, the one bobbin is pink/natural and the other is a bit of pink, but mostly orange, yellow and natural... I'm going to ply the 2 together.
on the wheel now is some silk I had won in hankie form off of ebay, I dyed it ( with kool aid of course ;~)) and boy does silk ever stink when nuking it in the mic.... g-r-o-s-s-!! but boy oh boy does it ever look nice when spun up!!
it's worth the stinkage, for what you get in the end!!
