I finished one sock, it is a bit short tho in the ankle department!!
I haven't tucked in the end yet so I'm going to frog it back a bit and add about a inch or 2 to the ankle then add the ruffle again.
Kate for the ruffle all I did was k1, m1 all the way around, then knit around once then cast off.
